Artists of all ages and abilities are invited to submit their artwork for inclusion in our fourth annual Open Exhibition.
The Turner House invites artists to participate in the 2024 exhibition themed ‘The Art of Living’. The exhibition will be on display from 13th September to 20th October, with an opening reception on 13th September (1800 – 20-00).
Theme:
For 2024, we are collaborating with the Penarth Town Mayor to support Tenovus Cancer Care. This year’s Open Exhibition explores the essence of living fully, inspired by Alain de Botton’s quote: “A good half of the art of living is resilience”. We are seeking artworks that embody the spirit of resilience, joy, and the human ability to bounce back and thrive despite life’s challenges, both big and small. Artists are encouraged to submit new or existing works that celebrate the art of living with strength, hope, and grace.
